Spa Days:

Full payment taken at time of booking. Guest will need to notify spa team of cancellation at least 48 hours before spa day. Cancellations will be charged at 50% of the spa package/ treatments. No shows and on the day cancellations within the 48 hours will be charged at 100% of the remaining spa package/ treatments. Please note, if using vouchers, these will be used against our cancellations policy.

Spa Overnights:

£50.00 deposit per room is required to guarantee the spa overnight booking.
